Ahh. I see. What are they made of?

I just took the Italian high fiber Flat Out bread and cut it and then quick cooked in some coconut oil and then sprinkled with some garlic salt. It is a bit time consuming. I couldn't say when the last time I made some was, but I figured since DH is trying to make an effort these might help. Still not sure thought...maybe it is better for him to just cold turkey it all, but everyone makes changes differently. I am better to just let it all go and not have it. :)

Yeah, everyone's journey to healthy will be different. And each one will have to find their own path. So true. It does sound like your husband is making some effort but fighting it at the same time. I sort of can understand where he is coming from

I had a few 'chips' in the beginning - would eat them with a laughing cow cheese wedge which provided the fat to help curtail the hunger. I love the taste of mustard too and would eat an entire jar of 'whatever' if I went that direction, even if it were celery sticks. So many times, whenever the 'suggested serving size' will be, for example, six crackers, I'd take 3 and the wedge to start. Then I'd give it some time to reconsider if I wanted more. I'm not sure if you told DH 'Bells did this' would help so that he doesn't need to feel he's being compared to you (which, I can imagine would cause a rift in marriage) or tick him off to know he's being discussed so I'll leave that up to you.

Bella and Liv you are both so right, I am trying very hard to steer clear of the "what is good for me is good for you mentality". I want him to be healthy and if that means a different path than me then I am cool with that. I certainly do not want to be the food nazi...hahaha.
