How about partway thru to check that you're on-point and allow for any corrections if needed? Personally, I like the everyday thing but if that bothers you or you want to see how you're doing without obsessing, that could work. What gets you more motivated?

I always tell myself I won’t weigh in the morning and I always do 🤣. Some people do it daily and others weekly. I’m trying to get to that point. There are days I swear I have lost and I end up seeing the scale as a gain and vice verse. Most peeps are gonna say the scale is just a number—should be about how you feel and what’s working.

If you are working as hard as you can, weighing in is irrelevant. I weigh in almost every single day; I can’t help it 😅 but if you can hold out then it could be a nice lill surprise!

As long as you can document the changes occurring regarding your shape... weight is just a number.

thanks guys. I know I'm doing good and staying on track and I thought maybe if I waited to weigh in till my deadline and see how much i have lost past what my goal was it might be a even better birthday present.

I think you should not get attached to a number on a scale n just compare pictures

Hmm. Myself chcking everyday because it keeps me honest. For me it’s more important NOT to put too much pressure on myself to lose x by y and Instead to strategize to stay motivated for today AND the long haul. But Happy Birthday to YOU whatever you decide helps YOU the most. Great work!!

I think just keep what you’re doing that you’ve gotten these results so far and then surprise yourself but don’t beat yourself up if the number is an exactly what you want it’s all about how you feel. Just like age is just a number! You go!

Depends how you feel even if I don’t log it every day I still look I suppose it depends on how mentally strong you are
