Alnona's Journal, 15 March 2019

I over ate again. I'm not sure why, but I've decided to go through the cabinets and I'm going to start tossing out anything I can't have. I did a full 30 min circuit on the machines, then 15 min on the heavy bag & bell weights, then 30 min on the treadmill and 30 min on the recombent bike. I'm sore, especially my knuckles but I'm glad I pushed myself. The morning holds the stepper and my core exercises. I just wish the spring would get her so I can start walking my dogs and begin training for the marathon my Hubby and I want to do.😋 Sleep well my friends.
