Been having a rly hard time as of late emotionally. The typical me would say stfu and get to it—don’t be caught up in bs but grief and bad decisions have seemingly caught up with me. Only thing I’ve been able to focus on is my wt. Gonna be keeping at it like Rosio says ❤️❤️❤️😍
191.8 lb Lost so far: 108.2 lb.    Still to go: 11.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Well it’s def not just my emotions. Feel unstable in all aspects. And then throw in drinking and Gina doesn’t make smart choices

Lack of sleep is not helping that’s for sure. (me always thinking fat loss) whatever it is, I know it won’t be fixed by u gaining weight n it won’t be fixed by binge eating n it certainly won’t be fixed by you making ur self sick (cause we do feel sick when we overeat). Use this new healthy eating diet as a form to take control over one aspect of ur life. U will feel so in control once u reach ur realistic image goal. That this will transcend to other aspects of ur life.

Rosio for sure. And that’s the process I keep telling myself. Don’t do this and that. If I need to right something get back in track with my goals. I rly f@cked up on a personal level and it’s been affecting everything. But I’m just keeping your voice on my shouldn’t saying keep going keep at it because you’re right. Binging or drinking or letting my ass get back to the way things have been won’t help...Rosio did we just become best friends ??!! Hey Chris you got replaced yo

Well Chris both. It seems that I repeat a lot of behaviors. I don’t mean to be so stupid sometimes but without being too obvious it wasn’t so apparent when I was hiding behind my wt. No one likes a bold overweight person if you catch my drift

Ok ok so I got Chris on one shoulder and rosio on the other 🤣. Yes. I have a tendency to beat the crap out of myself. At least today I made the gym my bitch instead of turning into a slutty lush
