Snack? That seems to be meals for me but I do love your idea of a snack! Plus the baby needs it. Good job on the portion control of fries. Sometimes they are hard to put down. :)

Peeps absolutely is a way huge snack! Sometimes I’ve spread my calories out over several 400/500 calorie meals 🤗

I do that too. Especially if I eat low calorie for lunch and/or dinner. My chicken noodle soup is like 400kcal for two large bowls. A sandwich and chips is about the same. So thankful I’m not sticking to 1200 kcal anymore! Now I can snack like this! (Am sitting at 1500-1550 kcal goal). I’m sorry if I sounded judgmental. It reads that way to me now and that wasn’t my intention at all. I honestly DO like the way you snack!

You didn’t sound judgmental at all! I always love when you comment on my posts, I think we have a lot in common! I’m almost a full 1000 cal above you for my maintenance, are you still trying to lose?

Not really. Playing with maintenance right now. Sadly I’m 5’3” tall with a small to medium frame. FS said 1800 kcal to lose when I was 160#. Now it says 1500 I think but it’s actually lower than that. I’d guess the weight loss cut at least 500 kcal from what I can eat. Being a shorty probably cut the other 500 kcal lol. Being little/short has its advantages and disadvantages.
