Calm the mind..something really hard to do in this fast paced world...set the intention..my intention yesterday was doing a 30 mile zwift ride...I did it faster by 10 minutes then my first attempt...in order to challenge the body..and it’s smarter then we give it credit for...challenging or raising the challenge is important...otherwise..no improvements..

I noticed yesterday I recovered faster then the first time...not as tired as I thought I would be the next day...

Crispy 11 outside...0 with wind chill...not a day to go out if you don’t have to..and as far as I know...I don’t have to..lol

Change of workout on zwift today..today it’s about how fast can I ride in 30 min..and how far...build up speed..so miles click off faster...

Welp...another few thoughts put in journal..recorded a loss this morning...the upswing was from taking a day off..but eating like usual..nothing to give 2 thoughts about..I’ve decided I am really close to what I need to eat..as for what I burn..and...if it’s working...why change it...

Enjoy your day...find time to calm your mind....it’s an enjoyable experience...
