I am still learning this site. Have a time responding and then backing up and not losing the messages from others. I want to take part and I will slowly get this. I don't eat much meat anymore, because I don't especially like it. Doesn't taste as good as it did when I was a kid for one thing. I do like eggs, chicken, tuna, salmon, etc. I don't put on celery and carrots and pickles that I eat each day because they don't amount to much for calories. My husband is diabetic so that has caused us to cut down on carbs, but I adjust that with laying off the white stuff so we can have lot's of fruit. I am still of the opinion that fruit and honey is important even when you can't have many carbs. Does this just go to my community or everyone?

I think you are getting the hang of it. Your post goes to everyone. There is not special communities for special diets. One big mix here. It is kind of nice. It is your diet so you do it the way you want.

Hello, remember sugar is sugar. Obviously refined sugar is a clear no no, but over indulgence with fruit or sugary veggies(carrots, corn et al)can be bad. You seem to manuever the site fine. You can choose who sees your posts and whether or not they can comment.

I see it. It takes a while to get used to the site, especially if you switch back and forth between the mobile app and the full web site.
