As a person who used to move a lot, pack up the excess and put it in storage at the beginning. People like empty (spacious) feeling homes no matter how clean they are. It's work up front and a small investment, but it will help move it quickly. Good luck!

going through similar and yes it is stressful, but I enjoyed every house I built. fortunately we did not worry about selling until the house was closer to being done. it is a long process!

Exciting times. We did this 25 years ago. It's still not finished 😂😂 but it's great👍 my hubby is just sometimes slow with his diy . Well be needing to downsize soon so he'd best get his butt in gear 😂
