Good Friday morning...sinuses are messed up...warmer weather for a few days again...hoping to ride on zwift today...but at the moment...not sure...

Sister had surgery on other bad hip Wednesday...she’s recovering at hospital till Saturday...then transferred to nursing home to get therapy and mend...before being released back to home...so yesterday for me was just a rest day...hospital days wear me out....and had prep to do as well...so today should be an easier day....

Well..gonna go in and take some echinacea...seemed to help yesterday...keep fluids going in today...nope after spending day at hospital...I knew weight would be out of wack...
