1182 kcal Fat: 40.27g | Prot: 99.08g | Carb: 119.52g.   Breakfast: Original Powder Creamer, BabyBel light, Mushrooms, olive oil, Eggland's Best large egg, Egg White, water, 2% Fat Milk, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds). Lunch: water, cantaloupe, Low Fat 2% Small Curd Cottage Cheese, Trader Joe's raw almonds. Dinner: olive oil, water, Harvestland boneless skinless chicken breast, sweet potato. Snacks/Other: Chobani lowfat mango yogurt, All Bran Buds, Strawberries, blackberries. more...

Can never forget the bigger picture! Being lazy and such lately due to injury, I've noticed a change to the softer side... but looking back to one year ago, I'm right there with you! Thanks for reminding me, HCB!

I see you had Chobani mango. I haven't tried that one yet. I bet it is yummy. And blackberries. I had them both mornings this past weekend and want more more more but they were $3.99 at Whole Foods Sat. for that little package. :( So I am sticking to my smoothie with frozen berries for today. Raspberries were good too. I am so happy for your success. I've stalled this weekend but who knows "what" is going on inside my body. Hopefully a big drop in store!
