Good cold Tuesday morn..

5am...24...with wind..14...glad I got my running done yesterday...be a stay inside cept to take tras out to trash can today...

Today’s plan..ride a zwift ride..give this body a ride/workout that it needs...thinking Thursday might do a fast..longer then the 20.. that I normally do each day..not sure how long..have learned the body is in control more then we give it credit for..so just gonna go with the flow....

Warmer days about Thursday again...IL be ready...in fact IL be past ready...just not looking forward to them colder days ahead...just means dressing warmer...found my face mask last nite for them really cold days..after getting hair cut yesterday..was wanting barber to paint it back on...not that it would matter as I keep it short anyway..shorter hair less combing..and trying to get it to lay down...aka...bed hair...

Well..gonna turn on tea...get naked after while and weigh in...with draglists help..bill was able to help me reset my scales as it hadn’t been giving me the right readings since I got it two weeks ago...that’s why I haven’t been recording on fs...nut now I’m seeing all the numbers as they record right everyday..even seeing fat loss and muscle gain...kinda neat to see the numbers change...yeah great to see release of weight to..but now can see improvements...even when it’s not showing in lost weight...

Will give me incentive to build my legs up..and also lifted bicep weights right before I went to bed last night..keep building up my shoulder...making it stronger...I do both shoulders...keep em both working great...wishing I had room for free weights..or total gym set up..but not a lot of room in house...might have to give that some thought...

Well...mind is clear..journal is done once again...
