32 outside...before the wind chill of 23....good Tuesday mornin..so glad I don’t have to get out today and do any errands...be an inside day for sure...

Starting to build on my weekly riding miles...have Strava set for 60 miles per week...but the plan is to increase that by 5-10 miles per week...want to get back. Up to riding 100-120 miles per week...have decided to set a challenge for myself for 2019... and shooting for 5000 miles in a year...before this year..I had 4400 miles..but as the days started to dwindle down...so did the motivation...it was an accomplishment..and at same time...I had hit my wall...

A nsv yesterday..noticed T-shirt I was wearing seemed longer in front...belly is shrinking..still enough...but if shirt seems longer in front...must be something going on...

Plan today...still need to weigh in...then...want to get dressed for my zwift ride...the thought of riding outside just for a change of scenery keeps coming to mind...and then I think of all the layering I have to do to ride outside this time of year...so much easier...just to walk into bedroom...turn on the fans...turn on google music..tabata music...get on bike/trainer...and ride to my hearts content...or until my water bottle needs refill...I usually take 2 bottles with me...but depending on the ride...have had to refill...

Welp...time to move from recliner...take blood pressure...like to keep track of it..and then weigh in time...

I forgot to weigh myself this morning. First time in a while. I think riding indoors and not trying to breath in that freezing air would be the smartest thing to do.

Too tired today. Not much sleep. Tell me how I had no room with a king size bed? Dogs sort of took over the bed last night. I am going to bed really early tonight.

Me thinks to self....bed made for me to get sleep...dogs can sleep anywhere....as you can tell...I don’t own a dog...I like dogs...but glad when they go. Back home

Oh well ... there is the difference. It's like other people's kids. I am always glad they remove them from my presence. Ha Ha! We created these monsters ... from the time they were little puppies, they went right on the bed with us at night. We treat them like our kids.
