Fasting a.m. BS = 132; weight = 171.1 Attended a 90th birthday party for a friend Saturday. I ate supper normally but did indulge in the candy kisses and bite sized chocolate scattered around the tables. Saving grace: I didn't eat cake! Yay for me! (That was meant ironically!) So I'll be starting the cruise with a 2.5 lb. gain instead of a loss. I'm hoping part of that will be gone tomorrow morning.
Goals for the cruise: Enjoy, don't obsess about eating, but stick to Keto as much as possible. Work toward 0 gain if not able to lose. Walk the deck every day.

Enjoy your cruise!!!! What a great way to get out of the TX screwy weather! Walking the deck sounds like a lot of fun so it won't even feel like exercise!!
