I do love my sandwiches! I actually had planned to have a chicken, kale and gouda sausage, but somehow got these ones that are huge, so i took them out of the freezer and put them in the fridge and made a salami sandwich instead. 😊

That sausage sounds super good! I was raised vegetarian, so never knew how much I loved salami till recently lol
