😷 tootsie roll poisonings got me again. Our realtor gave them to us. I ate every. Single. One. I have some sort of compulsion to finish packages. So weird. So not listening to my body. I seem to be testing my body’s limits, of comfort and sheer ability. I enjoy candy, but it’s an addiction. I got to get back on the wagon. I know it’s been rough with my husband and the move. It seemed innocent at the time. But I overate by 1k calories and I’m completely out of whack. We don’t have a fridge... so I’m not stocked up with my food choices right now. Sadly I’m craving salad and carrot marinara and cauliflower.... how’s that for a mismanaged binge. I’m gonna have to find time tomorrow for shopping and cooking so I can get my food back in line. It’s been days! Okay. I feel much better. Gonna quit the sweet stuff. Starting now.

I ate healthy today UNTIL the chocolate Oreos appeared. Only ate two, scraped out the filling and tossed it into the garbage disposal but ate the cookie parts. I can't use any recent stress as a trigger, just weak will. But I promise to forgive you, if you'll forgive me.😊

I had the same problem... yesterday my brother came to us, we drunk a bit beer... and I started to eat. I began from guiltless grilled chicken... then bread... chips.. chocolate... pretzels... more chocolate... I stopped only when my stomach pained... and yes, I was purged. I felt nothing but defencelessness and weakness. Even no shame. Said to myself that it was first time during last month, that nothing awful, that I just have to go further. But today we ate pizza... 2,5 slices... that a bit chocolate. I understood that it could turn into the next purging and I don’t wanna do it again! So I run away from home, from food. I plan to sit in conference room and to learn until 10pm, then quick shower and sleep.

Need my address? I have a four year old who will eat every last tootsie roll to help you stay on your diet! I think you’ve done pretty well with everything that’s going on for you right now!

Good job Koshka!! Running away helps! Next time, try to Keep your binge! You’ll get to recover a lot faster and you won’t risk having a stroke from purging/doing all the other damage. My husband is sore but he’s alive and well! 💕

well while I am so sorry for everyone's fall from their wagon..I also realize my 2 spoons of no sugar low carb peanut butter was not as bad as I thought afterall. it took me over for my carbs and calories but it could have been worse since I was really craving sweets. I just can't have candy or cake in my house...I'm an addict.. so it's just too dangerous for me.

lynowen At least your cookies were home-made so you know the exact ingredients in them. Mine were off brand "Oreos". So who knows what I ate. 😮
