I eat anywhere between 950 and 1300 cals a day. Skeletor will not be knocking on this door anytime soon.

I am 5'11 male, the government site says I should weigh 154 - 172. When I weighed 163 everyone thought I had Cancer. So my doctor said lets try 200- -240 and see how I do. What you need to do is look in the mirror if your healthy and like what you see screw what everyone else thinks are says. Use the program for what you need to do lose weight or watch carbs. But be happy with how you feel and what you think.
