I started having weight problems during and after the birth of my twins girls who were in two different sacks. I looked like a Volkswagon. Doctors came from all over to see and measure my belly.I am in books somewhere, lol,but really... I got up to 220lbs. and that is too much for my 5ft 1in. frame.

Now so much time has gone by and now I am 50 in years and I'm sick of being ashamed to even show my legs. No shorts or anything of the sort for 5 years now. I love BB and want to shed these pounds and get into that. I will be taking in info to help me in my journey and may be able to offer some advice along the way.

Belly fat over 50
What worked for me to flatten my belly was fasting. I do OMAD and within the first couple weeks my stomach waaaay down and it is totally flat now after about 8 weeks. I eat what I have available and keep my cal intake under my recommended. Weekends I trying to eat 3 meals a day at regular time. Then I start back over again on Monday. You will get used to it quickly if your used to eating during the morning/daytime... it is easy and it works and I am 50...

Fatsecret App unable to sync with Samsung Health
Dusty: You have to take it out of your phone first then download for windows. I just had the same problem. Hope that works!

I am having the same issues with my Samsung linking since the new changes to Samsung Health...

Refuse to weigh myself
You know that it's funny how they say the grains are what we need to be eating but since I switched to white bread instead of the wheat, multi grain ect. I am able now to lose weight and my headaches seem to be better than before. Maybe it's just me?
