131/68 ...not bad blood pressure reading for 280 lb. man..good Tuesday morning...finally getting use out of blood pressure measuring thingy I got for present years ago..did talk to friend that suffers from low blood pressure yesterday..she takes meds if hers gets to low...said with me eating like I do and fasting like I do...my body is burning sugar faster now...yesterday I kept more water going in and tried to keep closer eye on readings...so as to know my feeling better..and not hit the bonk stage..

Therapy went well...but I’m beginning to think..they are putting a 45 min workout in a 35 min time frame...after I got home..I was drained for energy...soon as I left therapy ate some chocolate..when I got home..had a bowl of veggie soup..no it’s not on food menu...and needless to say..when I went to bed last night..covers never moved..bed was easy to make this morning...

Today’s plan...do a ride..not sure if it’s gonna be inside or on zwift...but that’s the plan...also need to cut grass..again...and after that enjoy not having therapy...last few sessions are getting harder to go to...

Well green tea is ready..need to have breakfast...get hydrated once again...

Have a great Tuesday...

I use both cinnamon and garlic...was reading that they both lower blood pressure...might stop using them for a few days..see if it helps...to keep mine from going to low

Mike when I was a runner, my blood pressure was always low and that is supposed to be normal for a lot athletes. Your bike riding probably keeps yours low and there is nothing wrong with that, I don't think. My doctor told me this when he could hardly get a reading off me. :)
