Fasting a.m. BS =138; weight = 174.7 ( must have been the grapes I ate!!) Today I start a beef & butter fast with Keto coffee, see if I can get below 170.. Rode the exercise bike 45 min., rested 30, then walked down the road 25 min.Thought the cat wasn't going to walk with us, but she came running and meowing "wait for me" before we were very far down the road.

Finished eating for today. 1176 cals; 75/5/20 macros; 11.29 net cabs. The rest of my intake tonight will be liquid, tea or other no calorie beverage.

if you can get fatty beef it helps to reduce how much butter you need to use. good luck with your new plan.
