Aquaphor...good Wednesday morning...when my road rash was healing after my bike wreck...I was using the cream on my knees and elbow...hadn’t used it for several months...above my knees and below..some days I hurt so bad just to get up and walk...I put off getting up...yesterday my inner voice said try the cream...to my amazement...no pain once I rubbed it over both legs...this morning when I got outta bed...walked thru house thinking...o crap I hurt..headed to get cream and apply it...like nite an day...well worth it to me....

Yesterday and Monday rode both days on zwift for a little over 20 miles in 2 days...yes trying to get back into a daily habit...went to therapy...only took ibuprofen...no ..repeat no hydrocoden..decided to prove to myself I could quit taking them...after therapy..came home..changed clothes..got on rider..cut grass..was a hot one outside

Today is therapy at 1pm..no ride on zwift...gonna take a day off..be ready tomorrow..back into habit of being up at 430am...and on bike about 5 am...and doing a zwift ride...

Been meditating more..when I have free time..tv is mostly on for noise...everything is reruns...

Well breakfast is over..time to cut up lettuce...get lunch set up...
