That looks delicious! I still have yet to try zucchini as a pasta substitute! I wonder how that would be if I used my vegetarian sausage... HMMM :) by the way, hello! And congrats on your epic progress! Hope you don't mind, I followed you.

lol! It's fake Italian sausage xD haven't had pork in so many years though... tastebuds are probably skewed from what pork really tastes like lol! I have zucchini that needs love. I might cook this tomorrow!! :)

@baskington - Not a lot of people are able to do that :) The food is carefully selected.

It was more difficult in the beginning. Now I know what and how much carby foods I can eat. I don’t really need to log anymore. I eat roughly the same foods each week. I always seem to think I get more protein than I do though 😕

I go no carb or only a couple normally with more, but then I don't eat cheese or veggies. Yes you do a great job and eat healthy, and you don't tend to think protein as you prepare, so used to doing with less.

I made home- made spaghetti sauce today. less salt/sugar. I put it over spaghetti squash. But hubby still likes regular pasta. He can get away with that, not me. Spiral zucchini is just as good to me.

Baskington thst is very true. Before Keto I was eating a single serving of meat a day. I had almost entirely given up beef and pork and other than fast food, I ate almost no added fat (didn’t lose weight like this either, but I continued to strive for low fat/ low calorie for decades). So I am getting better at uping my protein!

Bluefront I’ve tried spaghetti squash and I think zoodles or just sautéed zucchini is way better! It’s weird but I don’t miss pasta or rice. Except for wonton and lomien. 2 of my favorite foods 😪
