Went to "Massage Envy" yesterday (late) afternoon - never been. Not only could I tailor the type of massage I wanted (deep tissue)... but (also) the areas to work on (or avoid), the intensity, the duration, etc.... all BEFORE I left the lobby to go in the back... all from a wireless device (tablet) - that's pretty cool! Was a LITTLE sore after the hour; but, it helped my workout this morning.
