Rain moving thru...good sat morning...had to threaten myself this morning to do a zwift ride...having been off the trainer for so long..out of the habit..was hard to stick with it..but did do 5.9 miles in 30 min...I have to remember that shorter rides will get me back into the habit faster..I can tell my body is definately outta shape..didn’t take long either...

Rode while on a fast...only way to do a workout in my opinion..in earlier years I was always feeding the body..an then going for a 3mile walk....or going to the gym..to do treadmill oe elliptical...but no more...now it’s workout..get them endorphins moving and burn off the calories before you eat..for me...

Need to go and fix breakfast and set up salad for lunch..got silverware to wash from yesterday...not a lot of dishes to wash up in this house...usually do them as I dirty them..but got lazy after therapy yesterday...and it was raining yesterday to..just a dreary day..

Felt good to ride...but gonna have to do short rides to get back in habit...and set alarm to get up to get back into a habit again
