So I fasted without thinking for 24 hrs from yesterday at 6pm til today at 6pm. Wasn't trying just was busy today. I went to the gym ----------------
3 sets of 10 50# abdominal 80# back extension 40# chest press 120# leg press
The chest press for some reason got to me tonite. 40 is usually a breeze. The leg press was too easy so will go up on it next time. Although I don't want thick as legs. I want to lose my thigh and just be toned in that area. Now abs and ass I can work on that. Anyone know what machine does well on glutes?
After work-out went to the pool and did a few laps then swam for about half an hour. Got home right before six and heated up the remaining 3oz of my steak with a cup of mayo and about 1/8c of shredded cheese. Tomorrow will be another busy day so who know may just end up with another 24hr fast.
