Good to know! I started to order them but was hesitant since they are expensive and who knew how they would taste. I will have to get some for my daughter. Thank you for the information...and I promise not to eat them since I am not Keto.

@CrashtestDawnie - Quest also makes cookies that are very filling. Now, for me if I slam a ton of protein into my system my blood sugar will go up, but for me this is wayyy better then eating normal chips and cookies.

I think it is great you are testing different foods to introduce into your diet. How did the lemon cheesecake fat bomb do??

@baskington - The fat bombs are GREAT. I overdid it and ate 5! and still only gained 1 pound (that I am sure was from the Kentucky Fried Chicken not the fat bombs).

Ha Ha! Adefwebserver, you just could not resist the temptation of the king of fried chicken. when my husband is not looking I am going to experiment with my fried chicken to make it more keto. I make outstanding fried chicken the old fashioned way, it is no where near as bad as the big K, but if I can reduce the carbs that would be awesome. I have some coconut flour I may try, maybe mix it up with some crushed pork rinds I have in the freezer. Crashtestdawnie, these fat bombs are awesome, great snack treats. I have not made the lemon cheesecake one but playing with chocolate ones. Hopefully next week I am going to make this new chocolate almond fudge, the recipe looks perfect. ran out to get the rest of the things I needed from the health food store this week.

Vitaminshoppe always has them also. Hyvee does sometimes. Vitaminshoppe just had buy one get one 1/2 off the other day.. I bought 4 boxes to stock up..
