Off the wagon a day ago and a little over target yesterday. I'm going to have to try to get down to 1650 or so a day so that I can store up some calories for those times when I go over.' I still want to maintain an average of 1700 a day and I'm up to about 1780 average right now.
313.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 108.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
