Just barely hungry but it’s getting so late. So I made something lite... well for Keto :D

Suzie I already had the asparagus and bacon cooked so I started with the mushrooms. Browned them in butter, they added the others while the mushrooms finished cooking. Then I cracked in the two eggs. Sprinkled some extra seasoning and a lill drizzle of EVOO and covered it to cook the whites through. And that’s it!

JMA I hear ya. I’m mildly lactose intolerant so I try to only eat as little dairy as I possibly can. I also heard that it’s a big colpurt of stalking ppls progress

Calories would depend on what and how much you put into it.

Yeah what Kenna said. I think you can look at my food log from a computer but I’m not too sure. I just use my phone.
