Week 7 Day 2 (Plyo Insanity)
So I am having some trouble with my right knee and my ankles. I am getting a lil nervous because I can not afford to miss a workout so I have been taking it kinda easy.
I am not sure if its my shoes or doing push up on my knees, but I have to not to plyo p90x because it just hurts too bad. May be I should get some kind of knee brace.
Any ideas?

Week 7 Day 1 (Shoulders Arms and ab ripper)
Greetings, I just finished my workout and decided to measure again since its not TOM and I CAN NOT believe it and I don't see it but the numbers don't lie. So total I have been working out for 11 weeks and here are the numbers. I measured using the old number around my body an can not believe how small I have gotten although I honestly don't see it but I saw it.

Week 6 day 7 (REST)
Praise God for rest. I can not believe i took those two days so close to each other. My body is whooped.
I ended up having my cheat day yesterday because we went out after looking for a place for the reception and now we are being taken to dinner tomorrow night and I kinda was wanting a cheat day today. CRAP..... I am going to have to be on it for the rest of the week.

Week 6 Day 6 (Plyo Insanity)
So another day working out. I have been a little over my 100 carbs this week. I have been a little stressed with this wedding and work and everything. I hate that I used that as an excuse but I know I did. Anyway, my dress is coming on Tuesday....AHHHHHHH

Week 6 Day 5 ( LEGS and Back and ab ripper)
So i had to be in at work at 1pm (ish) so I could only do about 45 mins of legs and back because I wanted to so ab ripper. I am enjoying the abs work now and look forward to it. Am I crazy. I think I like it because my stomach is getting flatter and flatter. I just may hit 175 by my wedding.
We are going to see the place of the possible ceremony and reception, I am super excited about that. I am feeling good, may feel a little better when I know my dress is on its way but i have to be patient it s only been like 2 days.
I will keep you posted. I ate crazy yesterday, but not on purpose. I wanted some chinese and decided to get shrimp toast..little did I know all the damn carbs in it,so it turned into my cheat day which sucks....I was so looking forward to Sunday. Oh well....I am however looking forward to now working out on Sunday. I took my rest day early last week now I am feeling it for real.
All my numbers were low today because I was just tired. I upped alot of my weight to 10 pounds and its takind it tole on my energy but I can def feel the burn now.
