Week 6 Day 5 ( LEGS and Back and ab ripper)

So i had to be in at work at 1pm (ish) so I could only do about 45 mins of legs and back because I wanted to so ab ripper. I am enjoying the abs work now and look forward to it. Am I crazy. I think I like it because my stomach is getting flatter and flatter. I just may hit 175 by my wedding.


We are going to see the place of the possible ceremony and reception, I am super excited about that. I am feeling good, may feel a little better when I know my dress is on its way but i have to be patient it s only been like 2 days.

I will keep you posted. I ate crazy yesterday, but not on purpose. I wanted some chinese and decided to get shrimp toast..little did I know all the damn carbs in it,so it turned into my cheat day which sucks....I was so looking forward to Sunday. Oh well....I am however looking forward to now working out on Sunday. I took my rest day early last week now I am feeling it for real.

All my numbers were low today because I was just tired. I upped alot of my weight to 10 pounds and its takind it tole on my energy but I can def feel the burn now.
