Crap! The scale went up a pound! Dang it! I have been very strict with following my IF routine! I just have to remember that I do tend to fluctuate, and that it's only a pound, but dang!!!

The scale is going down! Finally. I'm impressed with how easy intermittent fasting has been. I am hungry in the morning occasionally, but I feel like it's getting easier to push through until 11:00. I feel really good when I work out in the morning and my body is definitely feeling lighter. I hope that I can keep this up and keep watching the scale move the right way!

I've completed my first week of Intermittent fasting and so far I've lost 5 pounds!
I know that most of that is water weight, but it's still great to see the scale move down for the first time in a while.
