I weighed in this morning, just to get an accurate start weight for my challenges. I guess all that water yesterday caused me to put on some water weight there is no way between sunday and this morning I put on 4 pounds. Well back to the dieting let's see how I do today.

Day one of the diet was pretty good, only drank a total of three sodas but had about 5 twelve ounce bottles of water, only went over my calorie amount by 115 so not to bad. Played xbox kinect with my roomie, which the kinect adventure is a workout alone, did that for about two hours. Really have stopped to sit much at all today so staying pretty active. Feeling pretty good
