Great job yourself, you are almost there! My goal is 165. I know I can achieve it (I've been there before) and I'll still have a little to lose after, but last time I was satisfied there. One thing that does concern me, is what happens when I get to my goal weight. Right now I'm not counting calories or restricting anything except making sure I go easy on nuts and avacado. I might have to learn to eat more... which I think is a good problem :-P. Girlfriend calls me skinny while at the same time grabbing a handful of belly fat.
