Well...I haven't been following my diet at all! I have had a lot going on over the last few weeks. I am just not sure I can follow the Atkins diet... I am thinking more along the lines of cutting back to a stricy calorie diet?
254.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 104.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
gaining 0.8 lb a week

Well..you know what you can tolerate. At least on Atkins you can eat til you are full. This may not be so for calorie counting... Its a hard decision! What has worked for you before? Oh yeah, another thing, changing diets before giving them a good chance leads to little weight loss usually.

I tried Weight Watchers and I get the lowest amount of points which is 18-25 a day since I weigh 142. I could not get full! Although I liked it to because for every 20 min u excercise you can subtract a point and I could eat what I wanted but in controlled portions. I might go
