Good morning and Happy Hump Day!
It's been long time between journal entries. I'm still sticking to my healthy foods and intermittent fasting. I still struggle with drinking enough water, but it's getting a little easier since the weather is warmer :)
I've been very busy with gardening and painting, and have started doing PiYo and kettle bell workouts on a daily basis.
