I wish the weigh in option would show a decimal point. My digital scale does. I lost a little bit but it won't show on here because it only shows whole numbers. I guess it all evens out though because on here showed I lost 2 lbs the first day but that's only because it rounds off the number. Oh well.

I am trying to figure out this calorie thing. I think maybe I don't eat enough. But I really can't stomach anymore. And because I work 3rd shift some nights, my biggest meals on those days seem to be dinner to help keep me awake during the night.

I finally got free range eggs from my daughter's friend. I was so excited that I immediately cracked and cooked them. I even check the grocery store eggs to make sure they are still good. Before I even got halfway thru breakfast, I felt like throwing up. I hope it's not the eggs. I didn't eat much of it. Ugh.

And I think Aunt Flo is coming to visit soon. Wonder how that will affect my weight/cravings? If hubby hadn't been out of work for over a week, daughter needs new glasses, etc, etc, I really want to renew my gym membership! Guess that's another reason to do my taxes that I got an extension on; maybe I can wiggle enough out for another membership.

I would love some info on calories. When I do that RDI thing on here, I am supposed to have something like over 3000!! Way over. I can only do that if I continue what I was doing before - eating out and eating ice cream every day. And that made me GAIN, not lose!!!

Actually, you can type in whatever you wish for your weigh-ins. I use a decimal point often. Last one was 206.8 - is that what your mean!

Hi Lovin, I just type in the decimal point and it shows up just as I typed. (ex: 184.4) I've only tried to the tenths, but it works for me. Hope that helps.

So - your other question about RDI - you need to reduce what FS says because it is often too high. You may want to start with 1500 calories a day. Watch the pie chart at the bottom of your food diary and see the breakdown of macro nutrients. I go for 40-50% complex carbs (fruits/veggies/whole grains) 30% protein and the rest healthy fats (olive oil/nuts), keep sodium below 2800, fiber above 25g, and drink 100 ounces of water daily. You will lose! You CAN do it!

Thanks! I actually had done the .6 and it rounded up. Guess I need to check settings?? anyway, I will figure it out since now I know it can be done. HCB - thanks for putting your % up; I was worried I was getting too much carbs even though they are mostly fruit/veggies/whole grains. My fats have been high because I do add a handful of nuts to my oatmeal in the morning or to salads. Even sliced avocado. At least I know they are healthy fats. Today wasn't too good. I got sick halfway thru breakfast. Water even made me sick. Skipped lunch. Then power went out because of storm so took the kids to Sams and ate while getting a few things. Had a slice of cheese pizza there, now I am paying for it. Have to work 3rd tonight. Double UGH, UGH.
