Well, today starts my official attempt at trying to lose this weight. I've been walking more than I used to but now I am going to try this calorie tracking thing. Wish me luck. With restraint, patients and God's help I can do this!

the calorie tracking thing is at times a pain in the arse. but if you stick to it you will see results. I guess the coolest thing is if you record your food and exercise you can challenge yourself with reaching a certain deficite. You can do this.. good luck.
