Pineapples strawberries lemons oranges cucumbers with 100% pineapple juice [4 cups] or what you want and spring water I let it sit overnight.... sometimes I add mint too...

thanks, My goto has been a smoothie in the morning to get started. If you don't mind me asking what is your training frequency and types of exercise? A lot of cardio? I have awhile til I can join your rank, but am confident I can make just not sure when. Best of luck on your progress and keep us informed.

Thanks with my car accident I haven’t been weight training and min cardio. But a normal month is cardio at a high incline walking a speed of 3.0 20 min ( I aim for calories burn not distance) work your way up to that once it’s becomes do intervals jog walk/ run walk. Week 1 is full body training 3 days a week. Week 2 it’s upper lower Monday Tuesday rest wed upper lower Thursday Friday. Week 3 it’s monday- say push pull legs rest push pull legs. Week 4 back to full body but all week I switch from machines to free weights. Cardio is done every day....

Looks like an awesome workout, thanks for sharing. I have to add more cardio, as I am only 2 to 3 days a week presently---due in part to both knees which are in need of complete replacements. Makes working out difficult compared to what I once did as a young guy. I walk/jog lightly without cartilage in either knee so I really feel it the day after..... I'm trying though as best I can---- What happened with your car accident? You mentioned you may have had possible injuries?..... Full recovery expected for you I hope.... Well thanks for taking the time to respond--I enjoy hearing from new persons and learning of their journey to self-discovery and healthy lifestyles. Hope your recovery/recuperation goes well. I'll post a pic on my journal when I feel its not to bad of an embarrassment.

Sorry to hear about your knees I know injuries make it difficult to work cuz you want the results but hate the pain it creates. Have you tried copper sleeve knee braces or any brace? I’m making a full recovery I have a buldging disk in my spine and the pain is always there but I still push myself. Mornings are rough but hey when you want something pain don’t last. You have to ice and heat your body get certain supplements that help with recovery ice baths are the best for it.... I miss doing the lol.... but you can and will reach your goal just do your best in all you do!

Thanks for the confidence and motivation. I hear ya ---mornings I move like an much older person and it takes me awhile to get moving. I use muscle ointments, supplements when needed, and tried braces but as bad as it may sound I have yet to find a brace which fits properly due to my leg size. Have always had larger legs from multiple sports, and a few sports physiologists I gone to stated they would have to be specially designed and fit to my size. Crazy as I I've known many of football players which have them..... But as you said, you keep pushing for as long as possible. I get injections every 6 months (2 each knee) some times they hurt other times not so much.... works for a while to stave off having surgery for as long as possible. Your spine ---did you have surgery(s) on it.... Hope you've got a brace of some sort as well. Well talk with ya later .... best of luck to ya and your recovery.
