Hey, remember me?

I'm guessing I got so skinny, I disappeared and couldn't track my weight or food any longer.

(Is that the story of anyone returning on here? Anyone?)

That, or I am the heaviest I have ever been and am returning, ready for a change.

(Hint: it's number two).

I am, in fact, so heavy that my scale cannot measure me. That is the worst sentence I have ever had to type in my life. I am tempted right now to press backspace on that whole thing, but what can you say? It's true.

This year has been a very bad year, healthwise. I have accomplished other goals, but I have also eaten out more than any other year of my life. I have spent no time exercising. I am a walking heart attack.

I can feel myself lumbering as I walk and being out of breath after a few stairs.

Today is the first day that I am tracking everything. I went grocery shopping a few days ago and bought things that wouldn't lead me astray. And I was surprised that the total came in at around 50 dollars! I bought prosciutto and bocconcini and dragonfruit... how?

I know I have more time now and I am worried. Summer is usually the time when I am more off-track, believe it or not. I have time to spend and sedentary activities to accomplish.

Right now, the thought of exercise is overwhelming, but I think if I can backtrack my weight... no, scratch that. If I can move forward to a healthier weight, I'll feel more able to exercise. Right now, my ankles are swollen and I have no energy, but healthy food will hopefully set me right again.

My official first fatsecret goal is to be at 299 pounds. Yes, that is not a healthy weight, but it is a step that can lead me to the next step and so on. 150 pounds is an exhausting idea, so I'm going to take little steps.

My REAL first goal? To get an accurate weight on my scale.

That's all kids! I'll try to weigh in next on Friday, July 13th. Let's hope it's a lucky one.

P.S. I am feeling absolutely wretched right now. My body is rebelling against losing all of its unhealthy goodies and I think I've eaten more vegetables and fruit today than I have since June. But, it's all for a good cause.
