Slept fair but up at 4am. Went out to spa for about 30 minutes. Then was able to rest for a couple of hours. Got up and went to TOPS. Lost 1/2 a pound. After tops went to Walmart and then home. Went out to spa to exercise after supper. Spoke to Angie and will speak to Eloise later.
