Can't believe I am finally starting over. And on a holiday!! But I just finished reading The 4 Hour Body and I am inspired. Not sure how I am going to cut out all dairy and fruits except on cheat day?? I think I might have to combine this with the food program I followed last year which I was successful at. Mentioning that, I am very upset that I have gained back so much of my weight!! I was down to 204 and then self-sabatage set in. I need to know that I deserve this. And I need it. I want to get back using my It Works products but I want the Greens in my juice!! Maybe have to mix it in carrot juice?? Should I be adding my food journal here?
