I've bad lots of ups and downs since last check-in but I think I'm sort of settling in with this woe. Keto isn't hard for me, I don't crave sugary things or starches. Just today I dug out all my many flours I used to use what I baked bread; I've offered them to a friend but if she doesn't want them, to the trash they go!
And I volunteered to make dessert for our Bible study luncheon! Now to find a tasty low carb dessert that doesn't taste yucky to non-Keto eaters. I think I'll check out the Swerve website ...
