Well tomorrow starts our Biggest Loser contest at work. Hoping to really make some big progress. Cash prizes are always nice, but I need to keep my focus on why I really want to lose weight. ME I am worth taking care of myself.

We are doing a biggest loser contest at work at work as well. Embarrassingly enough, I won the contest a few years ago, then put back on the weight and then some. I agree, the prize is nice, but the best prize is a healthy me-- best of luck to you. Keep taking care of yourself.
