1 5-HTP before lunch, 1 before work, and 1 before dinner

Strengths today:
-NO unplanned snacking! This victory is amazing every time it happens!
-macros are good

Weaknesses today:
-no exercise at all (low energy)
-ate 2 extra meatballs at dinner which caused my calories to be a bit high for the day
