Forgot the 5-HTP until dinner. Not a good day.
Strengths today: -exercised, cardio and some strength -walked the lot while the kids were in mathnasium, about 40 min -met all Fitbit goals for the day -could’ve finished my poor eating day with more junk, but I had a lavash wrap with a boiled egg instead
Weaknesses today: -ate a lot of carbs (all sweets) while thinking “I shouldn’t have this!!!” -didn’t track everything I ate, and had to guess on a few of the things I did track because the restaurant where I ate doesn’t have nutrition info online
