You cannot eat WELL and BEAUTIFULLY if you don’t know how/don’t like to cook. Good exercise will never overcome a bad diet. You need BOTH.

I love to cook, and 90% from scratch! It's always been a passion for me and thankfully I've passed it on to all three of my daughters. They all love to cook and are not afraid to experiment and make up recipes. Best way to be healthy, know what you're eating and how it was prepared 😋

Exactly Jennifer! The best way to know what you’re eating is to cook it yourself from whole ingredients purchased from the perimeter of the supermarket. Wonderful that your girls cook, my daughter too.
