I exercise by doing belly dancing this morning. It was fun to do such one hour of exercise. The good thing about this exercise is that it gives you happiness with no stress at all doing the next step. Unlike other exercises you have to a lot of pressure. I also like walking. I am thinking of doing pilates someday to make the center of the body stronger. I have to do it slowly each day. I am getting excited waking up and stepping into that scale as i am losing each day. Need to be reminding myself to drink lots of water about 10 glasses each day. Thank you Lord for giving me the power to exercise and giving me good health . I am looking forward for tomorrow.
