hope this will help me to see what the hell is going on. Can not figure out why I am gaining weight. I am so bummed. Working hard at this too. Want Jason's jaw to drop. Just to make a point................

Make sure you are getting in enough calories. Not eating enough can result in no weight loss for some people. One egg isn't very much for breakfast, especially on Atkins.

Suzi161, I have a very hard time with breakfast. I am a later eater. If I eat breakfast I am hungry all day. Makes no sense to me. But yet I can get to lunch time and I am fine for the rest of the day.

me to i usually grab a shake in the morning 7Am then by the time i get to work i start getting hungry so i eat am omelet 8:30/9:00 and im good till noon
