Today is my 6th day of being vegan and i must say that I feel so much better in so many ways! My acne and skin inflammation has noticeably lessened, more energy and do not feel like crap after eating a meal. I also like being vegan so far because it allows me to try new foods and eating more of a variety which is always great for your body. I also feel like I am able to think clearer and focus when I am working on something.
