Yesterday's meal - it wasn't bad but the snacks still got best of me. I was hungrier. I don't know why.... is it because I was working out harder?

Day 4 of Cycle 1

Breakfast: Yogurt with 1/2 cup of berries
M#2: Smoothie
M#3: Large vegetable salad with 1 hard-boiled egg
M#4: 1 BOCA soy burger & brown rice with garlic salt & soy sauce
Snacks: Cherries, wheat crackers, mixed nuts with cranberry raisins and 2 pieces of antioxidant hershey chocolates

Workout: A hour of swimmming

Youre doing great! Vegas comment, I have stayed at Mandalay Bay twice and it is really nice but too far from everything, which is why we haven't stayed there in years. If you can swing it, I totally recommend Bellgio. Just as nice as Mandalay but perfectly located. I too can't wait to go back. I get to go in Jan with my husband and I can't wait!
