Yesterday's meal - I think I had too much snacks last night but we'll see when I weigh in on Friday if having too much snacks lately is affecting my weight loss or not.

Day 5 of Cycle 1

Breakfast: 2 white egg whites with plum
M#2: Spinach salad with tomatoes, cucumbers, flaxseeds, and sunflower seeds with poppyseed dressing (my favorite! But it wasn't low-fat/fat-free...:( )
M#3: Steak & corn
Snacks: Cucumbers with fat free cream cheese/salt/curry sprinklers (I usually eat it with bagel, but of course I skipped it), mixed nuts with cranberry raisins & whole wheat triscuit crackers

Workout: 30 minutes on elliptical in early afternoon & 30 minutes of DDR in the evening
