Sleep Cycle app is good. Steps/day:minutes snoring. Sleep quality/hrs correlations ok, apparently. 7:10 sleep last night, above weekly avg, trending up and hopefully in a groove. Earplugs, 1:1 thx/cbd (sublingual, new brand) and 5 ml thc-a, started last night. So, ~4 mi. Recorded, actual higher. Basketball several times during day until 8 pm( post taikwando drills with future middle school center🏀) Feel pretty dang good today. Great, cuz taxes today/weekend.
